Research&Education Day: June 15, 2007

Students from universities in The Netherlands and Flanders were invited to participate in a program of presentations and discussions, for example on the European Commission Decisions on Competition: Landmark Cases from an Economic Point of View, a handbook on applied IO. Several governmental institutions joined the discussions or sketched career perspective for IO professionals.

Location: University of Amsterdam, Faculty of Economics and Business, Roetersstraat 11, Amsterdam.

 

ENCORE offered participants a lunch, and drinks were served afterwards. Students who do not have a Dutch ov-studentenkaart, type week, could apply for a refund of travel costs from anywhere in the Netherlands or Flanders. Refund was based on a second-class standard return. For the holders of an ov-studentenkaart, type weekend, a 40% discount was taken into account. The organization may ask to show your ticket or ov-studentenkaart, type weekend.
